Calling it (like I’m sure others are), it’s all a hoax set up by Mysterio to make himself look good while he plans some nefarious scheme.

Looks like Mysterio is pulling a Syndrome (creating crises to make himself look like the hero).

Couldn’t he still decide to play baseball if he is not happy with how things work out in the draft? Like if he is not drafted in the first round or if he can’t come to terms on a contract after he is drafted? Holdouts are rare with the rookie salary scale, but Roquan Smith missed most of training camp last year and

At that point, I believe Jon would be burning all the dead to avoid just such an outcome.

Tyrion sent his bones back as a show of good faith.

The Frey’s surely didn’t send Robb/Catelyn’s bodies back to Winterfell did they? Lyanna was also buried at the Tower of Joy wasn’t she?

I mean everyone is expecting Galactus to be the next big bad in ten years. His heralds, and all of the other attached cosmic entities would make for near perfect Avenger’s levels villains and supporters. So yah, talks now about introducing him, even in small parts, would make absolute sense.

Whatever it takes to get these 2 guys on screen Feige!

You can keep your “WELL LET ME TELL YA SOMETHIN’, MENE GENE!”s, because there was only one way to address Okerlund:

The most amazing part is that the owners have gotten the fans to become so wrapped up in the logic of their penny pinching ways (“Well of course they shouldn’t spend that much money on players who hit free agency. They’d be paying for past production. This man is due for a regression.”) that they’ve lost track of the

THANK YOU for this post. It drives me up a wall when people talk about “small market” teams - when every US professional sports franchise save the Green Bay Packers (who are a special case and also own the much larger Milwaukee market) is located in a metropolitan area with a population of at least 1.2 million people.

Holy shit, if you can’t trust football coaches & Catholic priests these days who can you trust?

I saw this today and enjoyed it a lot, I think some of the reviews have gone a little bit over the top for it and it sags a little about two thirds of the way through, but it is an enormous amount of fun and visually is stunning stuff without any question, and the ending may just be my favourite to any superhero film.

To Hogan’s credit, he came out strong against Durkin and the Board of Regents’ initial decision.

“You are the ones who are the ball-lickers.”

I haven’t seen it in years, but I remember Jay’s “What the fuck is the internet?” as the high point of that movie. Mewes delivered that line perfectly.

Van Der Beek saying, “You wouldn’t last a day on The Creek!” was the best.

I don't like gravy but recognize that I am wrong!
