if that’s even possible after Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan) destroyed the Heart-Shaped Herb’s underground garden.

Yeah, my pure speculation is that the Feige team decided it would create an uproar if they eliminated them entirely, but that they couldn’t just leave them without doing something with them, or else the masses are like, ‘WTF are those???’ So they decided to give them some utility.
The one thing I don’t get is: how did Laenor get in the plan? Did Qarl (lol Qarl) suggest an easy way out and he took it? Did he know Daenyra (I’m making it a thing) were behind it all?
*Chef’s Kiss*
People need to learn how to adjust the picture settings on their TV. I got some advanced warning that this episode was going to have an extended nighttime sequence, so I turned on my “Long Night” settings, and it looked great. Still dark, but very clear.
It’s not pedantic, and not one needs to sit down. She’s just pointing out the consistent, obvious mistakes by this reviewer. It wouldn’t be a big deal if this were the first review of this quality, but it’s the norm.
Aemond is not Viserys’ grandson, he’s his son. Again, a small mistake, but they start to add up.
Like, did you not pay attention to his scene with Rhaenyra? There is genuine affection and respect there. Even if you missed some of the other stuff, you think she’d just off him?
You sure about that, friend?
Holy shit, you’re really bad at this. If you don’t like it, that’s fine. I don’t think the show’s a masterpiece, but this was probably the strongest episode. “Undone by the first half”. Maybe if you’re going to recap a show, you should actually pay attention to what occurs.
I love Paul Thomas Anderson on the whole, but I feel like every other one of his films just isn’t for me. Licorice Pizza is the latest of those. I just don’t get the appeal of this film. Alana Haim and Cooper Valentine are... not good...
So then you weren’t paying particularly close attention. He was present during the hunt, recognized Rhaenyra on the streets and interacted with her during her night out with Daemon, and then he went and scooped her up to get her out of harm’s way at his father’s urging once the fight broke out between Criston and…
Agreed. Free Guy might not have been everyone’s cup of tea, but the guy has some very impressive credits to his name.
He’s excellent at drawings pockets and pouches, though. Lots of them.
Not sure how John Krasinski fits into all of this.
Logan was set in 2029. This could be a little side adventure that happens before the events of that film. The Multiverse is a strange place.
I’m not saying it was wrong to punish Harwin. I’m saying it’s a double standard to punish him for doing the same thing- only to a much lesser degree- that Ser Criston was *not* punished for.
Depends on when you grew up, I suppose. My life has been filled with Top Gun references since I was a kid. It was also always on cable in the 90s.
I’d say Galaxy’s Edge comes very close. It’s really a great time, especially if you do Savi’s Workshop. Also, though it’s still economically unattainable for all but a select few, Galactic Starcruiser certainly ups the immersive element.
There’s no doubt it had an impact on the film industry and the way films are made because of the technology, and obviously on Disney parks. But the movie itself, the story, the characters, the stars... did not. 15 years later, apart from the rides, the film has no presence in pop culture. No one is really starving…
