Think about what you’re saying. Wylis became Hodor because he saw the outcome of Wylis becoming Hodor, who is destined to hold the door. Hodor didn’t exist until Bran short-circuited the mind of Wylis by connecting him with his future self, who, by the way happened to be a direct result of this event occurring.

Where to start...

It’s like Dallas, basically.

THEY DIDN’T GET AWAY!

That Bran sequence was completely fucking ridiculous. They ripped off World War Z, and did it badly. Now Hodor is dead (only one who could lug around Bran) and his wolf (main source of protection). They ran off into the winter, with no fucking cold-weather gear, and we are supposed to believe they would last two

I can’t test this hypothesis, and neither can you. Even if you had access to the equipment, you wouldn’t know how to use it. Furthermore, even the scientists running this experiment wouldn’t know how to make any of this equipment, or even set it up.

I don’t have a damn problem with food stamps.

We haven’t spent even close to that. 1 trillion is the total cost over 45 years, and includes maintenance and inflation

The damning part is that we AREN’T there for the oil, at least anymore. Otherwise all of our soldiers would be in North America.

Machines closely follow humans when making decisions, but mess up and correct far faster.

Not really. When half the population was involved in agriculture, it was impossible to think of jobs that could occupy their time once farm machinery was introduced. Ditto with manufacturing.

There are humans alive that were born before the introduction of radio. To put it this way, there have been human civilizations for over 8000 years. We have been usefully broadcasting for less than 1% of that.

That is how religions spread and grow... read a book on the interplay between Manicheanism, Mithraism, and Christianity in the late Roman Empire. The strength of a religion is how many people believe in it, not in logical proofs.

Sansa’s in the North. That story-line is non-existent.

On one hand, it seems like the show is dead set on closing up narrative threads, and Rickon always seemed like a character that Martin was using as a backup in case he got too far in the series and realized he had no main characters left. Theon is apparently incapable of failing, and the head was deeply suspicious.

Perhaps he was referring to Wu-Tang Clan.

I have a great deal of sympathy. I was almost tossed out of AIT on really dumb infractions, including an... erm... unfortunate photo.

If they get rid of the drivers entirely, who is to say they will even have steering wheels? Besides, they will have your name, address and billing information. Lot of hassle to steal a car you probably won’t be able to drive or sell.

I probably would never spend that much on a car, honestly. I prefer Craigslist gems for under 12,000 dollars

Whups. I was just looking at the picture you posted.
