I can’t compete with DavidHH’s comment. But, I and most people I know don’t have anything against the actual Prius. More often than not it’s the people that own/drive them that are the issue. Whether it’s their lack of driving ability or just their personality, or some combination of the two.

That’s really unfortunate. Why on earth would their parents name them that?!

Uh, no. I’m saying the sarcastic bit about it being their birthday, which is written sarcastically, doesn’t land. It’s in poor taste.

…after Putin invaded Ukraine (on my birthday, no less!)…

Well, not that deep or that hard, actually.

“…due to parts shortage.”

I think the fact that people were expecting a more in depth crime/plot like Knives Out, and it turned out to be what it was, people were torn on. Personally, I loved it. Throws the viewer expectation for a loop and kind of indirectly calls you out at the same time.

This may depend on the snow/weather situation, but any car that’s mildly (or more) fun to drive in decent weather, that you are confident in you ability to control. You’ll be very tempted to push it at times to have a little more fun, which could end very badly.

“…the driver might have been racing someone else, which definitely tracks.”

What’s so scary about Mountain Brook (aside from its historical racism and antisemitism)?

I prefer ones that ring more true to life, Spotlight and Primal Fear for example.

Not to mention that, as I recall, in the film they show this happening to explain it for people paying attention, without taking the time to give an actual presentation/explanation, of course. At least, as far as I recall, it’s been 20 years since I’ve since this terrible movie.

I got two Lenovo Tab M10 Plus FHDs a few months ago to use as Home Assistant kiosk panels. Performance is decent, battery life is actually not that great but I’d say it’s a really solid Android tablet to hang on the wall and only use one app. Android is the issue. Such a clunky, horrible, choppy OS. The overall design

Okay, so we quickly got the “what” so now, more importantly, the “why?”

No apologies needed, you are spot on. Acting surprised when people make comments such as ours on your NYT story shows the level of ignorance and stupidity, and lack of awareness that is to be expected from cult members/followers. I have no sympathy. It was blatantly obvious from the beginning, yet here they are.

Nail on the head, my friend. Vulnerable and gullible. Add in desperate for attention and acceptance, as well as the unbearable need for validation. The one thing I’ve noticed is no matter how smart these ‘victims’ may seem (thanks post editing!) they are not. They don’t see what’s right before their eyes —even after

Exactly this! My wife and I have made mention after every episode that Mark seems entirely complicit. Only reason he bowed out was because he feels like he “married up” and wants to save that and because he didn’t want to be found criminally responsible. Mark is a total fraud, definitely knew to some (deep, great)

I’m actually a little surprised (also pleasantly?) that US Alfa Romeo sales were only down 21% compared to the rest of Fiat Chrysler.

Single divider? No thanks. If they made one with a 14 club divider, I’d buy it in a heartbeat.
