I am biased, I think you should take taxis. Rideshare should get the mellow passengers, taxis can have the ones who are in a panic to get somewhere. Taxis will run those red lights for you and get you there the fastest.

Passengers usually do not realize that they can enter the first destination and a second one after you start driving to the first.
