Going 20 under is not “dangerous as fuck”. It’s the real world sometimes. Be prepared to deal with it.

Driving slowly isn’t against the law on a 2-lane road. This isn’t a highway with a minimum speed requirement. The law would require slowpoke to pull over when safe (not impeding the flow of traffic), but does not require him to drive faster.

If you watch the video, there is a line of cars (at least 4) that are all going the same speed, and this driver is the second from the back of the line. So it’s not like this driver is intentionally slowing down more than all the other cars.

I’d take the “20 miles below limit” thing with a grain of salt. It’s coming from a guy defending himself for breaking the law, and it might be all false perception.

Except the bike was attempting a double pass, the bike wasn't anywhere near him until it attempted to pass both the car and SUV behind the car. I doubt he even knew the bike was there.
