When I'm bringing a lot of items, I write the number of items I'm bringing on a sticky note and stick it on the inside of my windshield. Before I leave, I count everything I have corresponding to the number.

@ZaidDelita: I completely agree. When I read the heading of this article, Wireless Syncing was the first thing that came to my mind. My older sister took my only iPod data cable (though I have a music dock to charge my iPod Touch), and now I can't sync any songs.
