I never typically bought music from the Zune store but I absolutely LOVE the Zune player on my PC!! It's Pretty, Elegant, and just makes sense. Usually I buy my MP3's strictly from Amazon but now that they offer MP3's as well, I may buy a few from the Zune Marketplace.
