Thanks! I will definitely look it up. From reading the comments of people familiar with the source material, I like the way Light is presented in the original story. I think I get the gist: Educated, well liked, good societal standing gone murderous? As opposed to the loner bad boy he seems to be in this trailer.

I’ve never heard of Death Note that this is based on. I am not an anime, manga or comic book fan. But the trailer made me interested in watching this. It looks pretty interesting.
