I’d only agree with your statement that the use of the atom bomb was terrible.

Tell them it’s pronounced “Merkin”.  You’ll find out very quickly which of your friends have a large vocabulary, and a twisted sense of humor.

If you watch the slow motion replay of the second hit, you can actually see the entire structure of the car bend outward.  It was a horrible hit.

Plausible deniability....”no, officer, I didn’t see your lights behind me”.

Be happy they haven’t tried to put a CVT in their trucks...they’ve managed to screw up everything else with them....

Maybe. I made that mistake once, back in the early ‘80’s.

Yes, but it’s a Chrysler....that warranty would probably be more useful than you’d really like.

Drove my ‘64 Galaxie 500XL from Asheville, North Carolina to Groton, Connecticut and home again back in the ‘90’s....after all, it was only a 30 year old car.

Kind of reminded me of Jackie Stewart back in the ABC Wide World of Sports days, when he’d get excited during a race.

You mean like their sorry excuse of a subway system?

Actually, they’re NOT fine.

Same thing for me, in the years I had a convertible, I kept the car unlocked, and nothing stored inside. Also, if I parked somewhere with the top down, I made sure to leave all the windows down, because for some unfathomable reason, people seem to enjoy breaking the windows.

Am I the only person that when they see one of these get the impression Toyota tried to ape the look of a Rolls as closely as possible without getting sued?

Try merging onto a busy one with several inches of snow and ice on it.

I’d bet you a nickel he owed on his trade in, too, and they rolled it into the loan on the Stinger.

You’re right. I’d love to know what geniuses decided roundabouts were a good idea in Juneau, and Fairbanks, Alaska, where the roads are ice covered most of the year.
