IMHO you would be missed out of all proportion to the brief time you've been here.

On a medium rife with stunning images, NASA photos always cause me to pause, especially the launch and return shots. These Soyuz and Orion photos are exceptional.

Read this post with the evening news on (G8/Rus/USA). 3 RSA, 2 NASA, 1 JAXA will be on board. I am reminded of all those short stories of astronauts/cosmonauts stranded in space alone or together as the Cold War threatened to go hot or worse. What will they be saying to each other now?
We need new stories for a new era.

Thank you for reminding me of Piet Hein. In a small Maine library in my early teens I tried to memorize vol.1. We moved and I never found any of his books and nobody seemed to know of him. Excuse me, but now I have to go track down his books.
