I don’t see how Felicity was a jerk. At all. As much as I hate this plotline, because it’s pretty much drama for the sake of drama, but I don’t see how Felicity was the problem.

I am one of those weird people, who actually loved Olicity. I wanted it to happen since episode 1x03. This episode broke my heart (I’m pretty sure I wrote something similar after the previous episode, but now it’s even worse).
