I would say not to focus so much on the cost of the car but the cost of insurance, as that is going to be a payment you have to make for the life of the car. Balance the cost of full coverage vs the monthly cost.

What hes getting at is “technically” the return address doesnt have to be accurate so it could be used to “spoof” and have incorrect addreses blaklisted
