Ill have to do that, I mainly use stock when i do my crockpot shredded chicken (preseasoned chicken fajita meat - stock or water to cover up to half the meat - low for 8 hours = Awesome (you really dont need to add ANYTHING else) ) so im thinkging 6-7 cubes would suffice. I normally have tons of juice left over.

Whenever I make wings, i always throw away the third, the non drummete / wing part, you know the lil nubbin at the end.. and I always feel like its a waste.

Ive been tempted to save them till I have enough to make a stock, but then im presented with the q of, what am i going to do with said stock.

That was the one concession i made on my house, the fact that it doesnt have a gas stove, and i hate it every time.
