It's much funnier for Jared to have a crush on Richard than it is would be to have them sleeping with each other. Though it wouldn't hurt the show to have a smart gay character.

I was never interested in watching Entourage and yes, SV is way funnier.

Yes!

Gloria was also invisible to whatever controlled the automatic door to her stepfather's store.

The actor is a regular on the NYC stage and has his first written play off-Broadway right now.

Yes, The Grifters. Though I seem to remember the death being more horrifying in that film.

Must be nice wishing writers of their jobs. I'm more than happy to spend more time with Miller and Liu.

I haven't seen Fire Walk with Me but could still follow. But maybe I'm missing a lot?

Fans will be relieved that episodes 3 and 4 have some funny bits that lighten the mood. And Dana Ashbrook has a touching scene.

I'm happy I'm not one of Laurie's children. And yes, please give Monica something important to do on the show.

Why would anyone want to watch a woman graphically brutalized on this show when woman are often victimized in a bad way on so many TV shows? I'm glad Hawley didn't show us Nikki's beating in detail. And it's bad enough that it's hard to feel totally bad for her since she already goaded on someone else to murder

My bad. With the conversation about two dads I thought they were married.

The brothers aren't twins. Emmitt is the older brother. I'm thinking this season of Fargo isn't going to be grim but more zany like Raising Arizona. The review doesn't mention that Gloria's husband has left and married another man. I wonder if this will matter in the plot later.

Why are you watching then?

The showrunners claim they are going to have more music, less soap.

I agree. Who cares what Jay Leno thought about Thirtysomething.

The film is undeniably moving and I wept in buckets at the end. The visuals are often stunning. Lewis MacDougall is wonderful, vulnerable and expressive without being cute. This film should be seen on a large screen, not on TV.

The film is brilliant, with some wonderful acting and very funny moments but it really is about 20 minutes too long. I got sick of the daughter by the end of the film. And because of its length I'm not running back to rewatch it.

I wish an American film would deal with the plight of the poor in this country with an ounce of the compassion Loach shows in I, Daniel Blake which moved me much more than several highly touted films currently receiving raves by film critics. Yes, the film is flawed but that doesn't make it less compelling. I would

I saw the film on Thursday. It's worth seeing for its subject matter and moving, even if it could be better. And the cast is fun to watch.
