When it comes to a script, please "qualify" what you mean by "the writer"… if you understand the process, leaving it the way you did is extremely offensive to the original script writer as they get re-written many times over with zero control as it goes through pre, during, and sometimes post production stages…

For all those beating up the "writer"… Once a script is optioned, it gets rewritten multiple times by multiple writers before even going to pre-production… I'm sure the original author was mortified if status quo on this was in effect… fyi
