Wait, the UC license is invalid in Austria and Hungary? I have had not problems at either country, even having been pulled over (nothing major). Is that really true?

Thank you for another well documented article. Superb!
No, hell no would I buy a Harley. Local HOG riders do nothing to endear themselves to fellow roadway users. I see very few HOGs being ridden responsibly. Moreover, there is nothing about the HD lifestyle that is endearing. HD branded F150 anyone?
On my block, some months past, I saw two of these pull out and follow someone who just got into an Uber/Lyft car. Both were dark blue with tinted windows. I notice because I am a car geek and these are uncommon cars. I doubt other people would notice these. Perfect car for Govt work!
My first car, a Fiat X1/9 had that many HP - from 1500cc. This should be a fun ride!
Are those low profile street tires on those black rims? I swear a fellow down the street has 20"+ chromes on his Land Rover. Which sort of makes it a useless POS.
I think those are Fox Hounds. No Beagle stands that hight at the shoulders.
Lucky ! Where did you find that Unicorn?
I to was wondering what costs may be attributed to the lax US inspections vs. the MOT in UK.
That is a very un-Texas like move for the owner and the HOA. However, those track are not going to hurt the concrete. Comment based on experience - as a crewman, I have driven a few M1 tanks in Texas & elsewhere. Now the curb, that may be another matter.
Respectfully disagree. If you spend that kind of money, you want to show it off. You must be seen with it in public. Climbing dunes and crawling over rocks is not going to afford you that audience.
It does demonstrate the point that having money is not the same as having taste.
I had one of these for 13 years and put about 173K on it. Good economy, and fun to drive w/5 speed. Totaled by a pickup. Plenty of room to work within the engine bay. This has been left unmolested and has reasonable miles. I still have the Bentley manual, factory roof cross bars, Thule roof bike kit and unopened…
I hate WF with a passion! I don’t trust them, and despite my best efforts, they have purchased my mortgage each time I refinanced. Thus, they have my info and I must deal with them. However, whenever I have approached them to refinance at a lower rate, they didn’t want to even come close to the rates I was getting. …
Just think of it as a vw phaeton - same thing to a large extent. Would you but that from this dealer?
In SoCal, I have one right down the block. Driven every day, and with a hardtop. Right past the guy with International Harvester Scout. Old iron is much appreciated.
Bottom line: Lowered = CP (all day). What ever was done to the suspension highly likely didn’t beat the original suspension as setup by the German engineers.
Not surprised. Once in Florida, as I was fueling up, I had to yell at a guy the next island over as he was reaching for the gas pump with a lit cigarette in his mouth.
Glad that she is OK, but... one less M4 on the road being driven by a clueless driver is good news! These M cars are very sought after status symbols who are way too busy multitasking to pay attention to rules. Just proves that she should not have been driving this car in the first place.
I am sure they also followed proper break-in procedures for all of those 600 miles.
