I thought this at first, but then I realized that this game actually portrays eerily close to what would have happened had Rainbow Six failed in the novel. Bioterrorism with Ebola instead of smallpox. It honestly fits in with the other Tom Clancy games in scope.

Apple and Google have “walled gardens” on their mobile platforms. Valve, EA and Ubisoft all have their own stores for their games on PC. The PlayStation 4, WiiU and XB1 have stores. But if MS decides to create a store on PC, the pitchforks and torches come out. I will never understand this.
Exactly, this is about yet another publisher just trying to get their own way. They despise Steam because Valve have created a better social and DRM platform than any of them ever could and place an obstacle between them and the direct consumer.
