My wife and I are taking our 4 year old son to Disney next month. Her parents are going and have already agreed to watch our son the day we go to Epcot. They’ll take him back to the resort and we will try to drink around the world. We’re staying onsite so we don’t have to worry about getting back to the hotel.

They are both pretty bad ass. I remember at one of my local minor league games seeing a guy take a puck to the face, hearing “Team dentist please report to the locker room” over the PA, and seeing the guy back out on the ice later in the game. Almost getting your dick ripped off is really harsh too.

My G8 has about 360 HP and it can start in 2nd and 3rd gear in manual mode. Starting in 2nd feels like it accelerates my wife’s old Ford Escape. Starting in 3rd feels like it is going to stall initially and then it slowly starts moving.

You can shift like that in a Chevy Volt without any problems.

Several years ago, my mom’s dog got hit by a car and had to be put to sleep. A few days later she goes to rent a movie to take her mind of of things and cheer her up. She didn’t follow movies that closely so she rents a movie with a cute dog on the cover. She picked “Marley and Me”.

My wife likes Bit-O-Honey. She came home with a big bag of them once. All I could say was “Why? There are so many better candies out there.” That might have been her plan so I wouldn’t steal her candy.

That’s how I feel too. It’s sad to think that Trump is the best candidate on that side, but that seems to be the reality. I can’t imagine a Cruz presidency. It’s crazy that the GOP is already planning for the Trump nomination with plans to run negative ads against Trump in some of the Senate races.

How many other people saw Robocop at an inappropriately young age? I think I was 10 when I saw it and in the theater no less. A lot of my friends saw it too. It probably didn’t help that the movie was somewhat marketed to kids with all the toys and cartoons

I’ve seen some strange things at hockey games but this is probably the strangest one I witnessed:

Nexus gives you global entry and pre check and it’s only $50. The catch is that you have to be near the US-Canadian border or at a Canadian airport to get interviewed. I was going to do it last year when I had a 6 hour layover at the Toronto airport but it was too late to get an appointment for that date.

I know it will never happen but I would be happy if the airlines allowed one checked bag as part of the fare. It would make boarding go faster and there would be less fighting for overhead space. Plus I would much rather board towards the end like I used to, but I can’t do that anymore and hope to have my bag near me.

Are there any rules about a player leaving the court? It would be like on a punt, the gunner is supposed to get back in bounds as soon as possible after being pushed out. I think it would be hilarious if DeAndre Jordan ran off the court when someone went to foul him, especially if the other team chased him around off…

I don’t get why more places don’t use the hybrid grass/synthetic field like Lambeau Field uses. It seems to hold up well even with Green Bay’s climate. It’s certainly better than Levi’s or Chicago and Washington.
