Not scientific by any stretch, but the women I speak with about this LOVE their heated seats and steering wheels. Men seem to love their air-conditioned seats once they try them. Nothing is better on a hot day in a suit IMHO. I personally would take cooled seats over heated seats anyday

Not sure this is great advice. We are aiming to treat people the same at work regardless of their backgrounds. I have always given extra points to those that do the tasks that others don’t bother to volunteer for (regardless of their background). They are the ones to be considered first.
