Nissan needs to make a Datsun 280Z circa 1978 reproduction. Or as close a facsimile as possible or feasible. Price it at $40,000 (same as the value of $10,000 in 1978 which was the price of them new) or even a little lower. They released a bunch of restored Z cars years ago and they sold fast as all hell.

That’s why it’s behind the panel,so it can’t quickly be accessed and disabled.

54.5 MPG is the CAFE number, which is a very lax standard. The actual EPA number is going to be closer to 36 MPG which should be fairly easy to meet by 2025.

This!  This makes me insane!   *Thinks car is backing out.  Stops, waits.  Sees someone walking away key fob in hand, clicking it a few times as they walk into the store.  Car is off, doors locked, reverse lights on.

I’ve never seen a broken brake light flash on and off at a consistent tempo. 

I find this far less annoying than GM’s insistence on using the reverse lights as parking lights.

The second gen Cruze sedan has a spot for amber rear indicators but uses one of the brake lights instead. The hatch has the amber indicators though. It’s strange lol

Explain this to me one more time, as though I was a simpleton, or a friendly labrador. Amber was safer than white, so the law changed to require amber,and carmakers adopted amber, then the police tried to stop people changing from white to amber and even arrested them...? What? Why?
