Just ran into my garage to fix this and to my bewilderment realized that I don't own a porsche.

I agree. I have a ‘17 CX-5 GT and love it but would love it more if it was at least plug-in or all electric. And for the love of Miata can I please get an off-road setting!?
When everything is becoming a plugin hybrid, does it even make sense to deal with diesel anymore? (fewer pumps, the DEF fluid, etc.) Does it feel like there’s even a point? Unless you want towing torque? But a CX-5 isn’t really setup to tow.
How about the 2019 Civic Type R?
Saw one on the road yesterday and I keep thinking I really need one. It’s roomier than my GTI which I really love... I am so torn...
They don’t make a Stinger with a manual? Ugh.
Disappointed I had to srcoll this far down to find a Stinger.
I’m shocked I had to scroll down this far in the comments to see this, the most obvious and correct of takes.
An E60 M5? He said he has $70,000, not $700,000.
When I park off in the distance, I’ll usually see an equally nice car parked next to me, full well knowing that neither of us is going to ding the other guy. Although, it’s sometimes some jackass that thinks he’s funny by spoiling my alone time, still, no one dings my car when I park out there. I also make it a point…
A Mommymobile. Odyssey, Sienna, or some ginormous SUV with a cloud of demonspawn to ding your flanks.
THIS! Back in 1996 I turned 16 and I’ll never forget the first time I drove myself in my unblemished Honda Civic to the mall. Parked exactly like you described. Maximum protect mode of my silver vtec baby. Came out 1 hour later to still see my car surrounded by a sea of empty spaces (success!) ... Except the one car…
Torch could certainly work up a napkin design to make this a reality.
...and it will be a gigantic 4wd (Landcruiser size) or crossover...
I usually head for the back just to minimize the possibility of door dings. Although it doesn’t matter anyway, as I can be the only car within a 5 block radius when I park, when I come back there’s inevitably someone parked right next to me.
counterpoint... do... but dont hurt a poor little 240
What do you call the strategy where you follow a person back to their parked car and then sit there for 5 minutes, blocking other cars, while you wait for them to unload their shopping and kids, when there are a dozen empty spaces 50 feet further away from the entrance?
