Last week, my flight was supposed to leave Charlotte for NYC at 10pm. They delay the flight until 1am (!!!!) because of a crew availability issue, whatever that means. I try to get on any other flight to the NYC area, but can't, and resign myself to waiting three hours and getting to JFK at 3am.
