I'm ok if they want to raise the gas tax accordingly as well.  Even better index it to average fuel economy and inflation so we never have to talk about it again

Counterpoint, put it wherever you want on a street car it won’t matter and you balance it all at the end anyways. Most tire shops don’t make any effort to align them anyway.

I probably would rank a spec Miata higher than this civic for track days, but it is in the similar vein. I think too many people take very expensive, very fast street cars to the track without appreciating the cost they are risking and the lack of safety for track speed accidents.  I'd more people should consider

I was so hopeful they would see the light and offer a manual this go around.  Most of my family has 4runners, and they are a nice size and well built.  They are not fast so at least if I could enjoy shifting it would make it tolerable to me.  Heck seems like the new gas 4runners and Tacoma are faster than the hybrids

I am more of an autox person right now, but if I get into track days I would look for something like this, the safety on track is uch higher and feels like you avoid so many compromises of tracking a street car.

If we can get some Infiniti styling with Honda drivetrains, I'll call that a win

If watching too much YouTube for toddlers has taught me anything. He was just showing him brother finger, sounds pretty friendly to me

How many of these are going to still end up in street takeover videos on the news?  Maybe if they plaster some big Dodge decals on the side?

With how reliable the modern car is I still think that certified pre-owned is a better option than trying to make a cost reduced at every possible step car.  Consumers get a nicer often safer car that still has a warrenty

Till you fit the description of someone they are looking for and oh look. Picture of you in a place that looks like where they thought “you” would be, and not they are off to the races to fill in the blanks.  If the police want in my phone they can get a warrent

They need to make a show license but lock phone mode at a minimum

I didn’t hear that they force you to turn your keys in, but instead incentivize the ability to use taxis instead

ah the people who are bad at math! a few very low mileage cars will likely have some value in the future, but nothing like investing that money elsewhere.  But true when they get tired of those in a few years and willing to take a loss that will not be bad

I buy 3 year old cars, so I need more made now to better my odds of a good color low mileage car in my area in the future...

Not really though the maintenance is a lot less when the usage is lower, yea it still needs oil changes. But I bet the interval is long.  While I are many other benefits to getting a rental car for road trips they can also be a hassle to now take a trip in a base model Jeep compass vs the nice car I already own

No the entire point of electrification is not that we use 100% electricity only.  A range extender makes this vehicle accessible to a lot more folks. I still have no desire to road trip an EV, but would like an EV for around town.  A range extender on here is highly interesting to me, letting me use electricity 98% of

I mean if they want to do a bigger run of 392 300s I could be ok with that

Like so many things today it is all about the money (and near term money ignoring the longer term implications). Your top driver is out will the sponsors be happy , will people show up to the race.

I mean with Chrysler products the more they have others developed the better they are....

Ah the days when the Ford or Chevy dealer could try to convince you how fast theit V6 pony car was only to have me remind them a v6 Camry was quicker
