Because Hunter Biden isn’t a mouthpiece for the administration? Because he’s not purposely going on all of the talk shows trying to get himself a future Senate seat? Because literally nobody in the entire world outside of the Biden family and the psychotic right wing care, even one little tiny bit, about Hunter Biden?

I think the closest was the David Tennant years - he and Matt Smith seemed to be popular in the US (to a degree) for a while, but yeah, the show never seemed to break through to the point of being a part of something like SNL. I think there were more references to Who in the few years before it came back on the air…

They HAVE been making bun of Cuomo, a lot. And the other two aren’t real things, they’re just right wing echo chamber nonsense. There’s nothing about Hunter Biden no matter how desperately you want it to be so.

Yeah - almost no one in the current “SNL” audience is likely to get that reference.

Even since the show came back, “Who” doesn’t have enormous penetration into the US consciousness.

They’ve made fun of Cuomo and Newsome a lot, including later in that Weekend Update segment you mentioned. Is it possible that you just are inventing ways to make your ideology seem victimized because you know deep down that there’s absolutely nothing worth defending in your actual beliefs?

I guess that’s because it was 15 years ago (nearly) and she’s gone on to a strong film career since then. It’s a shame that we had two Doctor Who alum hosting back-to-back with no mention though. 

They actually had more about Cuomo than they have about Gaetz - two cold open appearances, and Update jokes, whereas Gaetz got one cold open and then some Update jokes. 

They could just Venmo him the money.

How could they have an IBS commercial at a MUSIC RECITAL and use the aftermath as the punchline instead of a noisy, horrific, music-interrupting bowel movement? I feel cheated.
