UGH. What a dick. One more reason I hope the Celtics shut him down again tonight. WE ARE ALL WITNESSES

Pssh just go to a freaking NASCAR race... you can walk in with a cold rack of Natty Ice under each arm and no one will say a thing as long as there's no glass.

I think we're all missing the real abuse here, which is the Cubs' bullpen getting bent over by the Reds. STOP SENDING PITCHERS TO THE GRAVE

PETA is bringing all guns to bear

This is just like that time...

Watching this game made me feel like I was being punished for something, but I couldn't figure out what. I do have a substantial bet with a friend riding on this series, so maybe the good lord is smiting me for my sinful, gambling ways? If such is the case, SPARE ME O LORD I HAVE REPENTED!

Am I the only one who finds this absolutely adorable?

Larry Brown Sports makes the case against the Brewers sticking with Eric Gagne as their closer.

Eric Gagne is happy to oblige any time a player needs to deliver a home run for a sick kid.

I wish they would do something like this with MLB rookies... possible seminar topics could include How Not To Get Fat In The Off-Season and How Not To Grow Douche-y Facial Hair.

Wow. The parallels with the Clinton scandal are uncanny.

@Bob Loblaw: Thanks for the link, although I have to say that might be the worst fucking piece of journalism I've ever seen. What the fuck does any of that article have to do with Avery being injured and the injury's potential impact on his teams playoffs hopes?

@TheStarterWife: Not a Pens fan, sorry, but Jagr looks both out of place and frustrated on the Rangers' side of the ice. That last-minute shot in Game 1 that went clanging off the post summed up his presence in this series so eloquently: powerful and clutch, but ultimately misplaced and futile.

I think the whole "us vs. them" mentality is exacerbated by people on both sides of the line. Just sayin'.
