1000% as I have a 3.8 so I am both bias and often sideways! Compared to my MR2, it is not as “chuckable” but I can hold onto a lot more speed than most folks expect. The difference is that I can drive 15+ hours on a road trip with ease. 

Here is the problem, this is on Ubisoft to control what players can an can’t do and that it is an issue between the players and Ubisoft. not a third party supplier of a good/service (even if there are a bit of a moral mud). it is Ubisofts task to uphold and rule they wish to enforce.
