The G70/80 is the best-looking new car on the road today. It’s amazing how far Hyundai has come in just 10 years.

The Genesis line, (I know it’s “technically” not Hyundai) especially the recent concepts have been outstanding too. Maybe it’s easier to develop new design language when you don’t have any history to hold up or pay homage too. BMW, Mercedes, etc. can only go so far before they leave their heritage behind.

I was skeptical of the new headlight designs in cars such as the Santa Cruz, but having seen one recently on a rainy night, I thought “that’s neat”. Maybe it’s neat cuz it’s new, but still, good on ya Hyundai.

Hyundai has a few decent designs, but off the top of my head I can think of several better-looking lighting designs from various automakers. That said, I will give them credit for pushing the envelope
