Average play time I’ve read for the main story is 50 hours. That’s not counting the nearly 100 hours of side missions, so I hear.

I’m the same way, but I’m sure that there will still be almost film-length cutscenes towards the end. I can live without the expository codec conversations and “standing in a room talking” cutscenes.

Now, I know the scope of TPP is substantial in comparison, but... play GZ on PC. Your fears will be assuaged.

Ironically this is probably the first game in a long time where that anxiety never occurred for me. Though I must admit I really only stuck to quests which either sounded interesting to me or seemed to be relevant to the story.
