I think that’s the way to do it. Once a year or two for about 20-30 minutes - For a vehicle at least.

You have to be careful with those things as I’ve heard O3 will start to eat plastics if left in long enough.

I can’t wait to rent from Hertz and they hand me that form. I’m going to be there all day because my company self-insures. So there is no real insurance policy. It’s just pay to fix it and move one.

I’m convinced they charge the fee, don’t clean the car and just repeat the cycle.

If you think Musk is the single most impactful individual of our lifetime, you have a narrow view of what people have accomplished in our lifetime.

I used to work at a truck stop. Totally thought this was legit when I first saw it. Crazy stuff happens when you work the graveyard shift.

Does Mergio Sarchionne own this chain of truck stops? FK an angel investor?

It won’t happen but could I bolt on a set of land speed wheels/tires and give it a go? It’s not entirely clear how Tesla will control this. Do you have to order their wheels and tires? Will they lock down the software? Will the car recognize whether or not the special wheels and tires are on it?

Given the market realities, yes, yes it is. Ford would most likely lose money on each one of those they sold in that configuration. It’s also a unibody, changing configurations between 4 door/short bed and 2 dr extended cab would be harder/more costly than a similar layout on a Ranger or F-150.

Psht, you with your reasons and logic. Off my interwebs!

You and four other people. There’s no business case in this segment for an 8' bed. Hell, there’s almost no business case for an 8' bed in the full size segment.

Meh, not entirely true. That cheap little econobox may very well not pass crash standards in the US.

I’m betting they couldn’t just fit enough batteries.

The truck would have the same rake. Would that be okay? I’m assuming the answer is “no.”

I’d watch it.

I got my ass kicked in Wisconsin.

Neutral: They sure don’t make them like they used to. Thank God for that.
