Zach Lowe might be the least team-biased analyst in the NBA, although he is very biased towards certain players.

The Celts also did better when they were a rag tag confederation of barbarians trying to keep Caesar out of Gaul. And they had a better chance of winning that one too.

My guess is that Tatum realized he wasn’t going to be able to really contest Marvin’s shot, and so lunged at him in hopes that he would pass it off to Bacon, whom he could then defend. It was ambitious probably but there’s a certain logic there.

That’s the only reason I read this list too. Thank god none of my former roommates are literate.

Now playing

What an incredible ending. Reminds me of this game-winning play by James Worthy for North Carolina in 1982:

In my opinion it was Jimmy Butler who won the game for them, he hit two clutch threes to tie the game with a two minutes left, then hit the final shot to ice it.

He can shoot with his right and block with his left. He is, dare I say, Embiidextrous!

Lol Aron Baynes isn’t any good. Embiid gets flustered by what amounts to an untalented bench guy. Yao Ming would have eaten him alive as he did to Dwight Howard for years.

He really needs to STFU.

“Most Unstoppable Player” in NBA

I get why people enjoy them, but I'm never going to be fond of the Embiid player type. I don't know why, but I do not and have never enjoyed trash talking. And for the record, that was true of KG when he was on the Celtics, the team I root for, too. Kg was a dick. So is Embiid.

How are you not Simmons' equal in bullshit with your (continued) statements that the Pelicans are making a mockery out of a trade request by not trading a player they have under contract for another year?

it’s definitely 3 point line because he was standing on the other side of half of the court. you need to watch it again.

My brain is a not-particularly-fresh kidney bean, rattling around audibly in my skull.

That should count for two. He was clearly inside the three point line.

But he hasn’t taken one since the first quarter. Warriors aren’t going to win if he’s not going to take the open 60 footers.

Can you explain how you think Zion can shoot the ball just like someone else from the same distance, with the same arch, hit the same spot on the rim, but yet you think one of those people shot it significantly harder than the other?

“The ball was shot so hard that..”
