This is still true, unless it’s changed in the past few months.

There are a few key features of GTD:

Maybe try reading next time, eh? I clearly said Atkins IS owned. Paleo, however, was adapted by so many so quickly after Cordain corralled the concept that there are many variants on the concept. There is one TRUE Atkins diet. You’d know this if you did actual research into both sides and didn’t just parrot what

Please do not treat this like the easy decision you make it out to be. Not everyone functions like you do, and moderation is way harder for some people than it seems to be for you. Read Better than Before by Gretchen Rubin. It’s a book that talks about forming habits, and it makes the point that not everyone can form

The thing is, no one person owns paleo, like Atkins has. It is a concept one man pioneered, but many others improved upon and took their own direction on. So you simply can’t claim that because some people are dubious in their reasoning for promoting paleo, that the diet itself is bad. It’s an incredibly healthy diet.

Many people are much healthier without whole grains. If people are sedentary, the carbs can be really detrimental, regardless of the nutrients in the grains.

Goodness gracious, another paleo hater with a misunderstanding of the movement. Seems you guys can read a ton on why paleo is bad but can’t read up on the truth of the movement. It’s not about exactly recreating the diet of our ancestors. It’s about eating whole, natural foods in the same spirit our ancestors did.

Whole30 isn’t opposed to cauliflower rice and substitutions like that. It’s making paleo muffins, paleo pancakes, paleo peanut butter cups, etc. that are frowned upon. As if using healthier ingredients means foods like these can belong in a healthy diet with zero consequence.

Lems are AMAZING. I have the Boulder boot - got them when they came out - and they are just incredible. I just wish they could get them in more stores so people can try them on. I have a feeling a lot of people who didn’t like minimalist shoes because of thin soles would love Lems, while getting to experience the

Nobody is talking about this, but I think it’s super newsworthy:

*Still stubbornly refuses to delete Skitch*

I keep my calendar purely digital - I think a digital calendar and analog planner can work really well together. The calendar is the home of deadlines, schedules, etc. and the BuJo where you plan out projects, daily log what you work on our need to work on, etc.

Did you just scroll through and look at the pictures without reading the article at all? I don’t understand how you can come to that conclusion at all otherwise. The original bullet journal method doesn’t include any of the artsy stuff. It’s just what people do as a hobby. None of it is necessary for bullet

What they sneak in there is the fact that Free/Gold users can now only use a total of ONE Power-Up per board. So, want repeat cards? You have to give up having a calendar. Want Evernote integration? Have to give up card aging. We used to be able to activate all of the available Power-Ups, and now we’re limited to just
