Hahaha! As if Trump will actually pay that invoice.

Now I’m thirsty and want one of those!

It’s just your garden-variety projection.

Me, too. Was confused because, in the pictures, her hair is so flat! I needs moar coffee.

Given the amount of intimate detail the author is willing to share regarding the rest of the relationship, I don’t think it’s unreasonable here to infer she’s glossing over something that would be interpreted negatively (that the relationship actually did start while he was still in high school).

I believe the St. Louis airport has them, too.

Texas would like to have a word with you.

This hope is the one I desperately cling to.

I don’t think this is new. I think people have always identified more by race and religion than class (because a lot of energy has been spent on making sure of it, of which LBJ’s quote is but one example); this country has been built on class distinctions while at the same time it denies they exist.

Last I read, Dems need 24 in the House. I think the upcoming Georgia special election will be very telling. Ossoff, from what I’ve seen, is focusing on regional concerns, and taking Handel to task on her lavish personal spending at taxpayer expense; he is not talking just about what he’s “not.”

You say that like it’s a bad thing.

Perhaps that’s not a bad idea. Certificate (stillborn or non-viable) = dependent on the tax return. Of course, that would be at the federal level, since Florida has no income tax. But it could be a general tactic that proves useful (along with mandatory blood, marrow and kidney donations, as someone mentioned above

But that’s “for now.” How you can’t see where this is going kinda baffles me.

You will eventually find your hope misplaced on this one.

Agree. But this isn’t that.

All those plants are in red anti-union states (aka Trump states), by which I mean to say, “I hope you’re right.”

I didn’t see this information in the article, but it’s a really important piece of this story. I otherwise had a hard time understanding the outcry beyond the fact that it references trauma and can therefore cause pain. To me, without this information, the artist was telling HIS story — this is what this

Don’t Amazon, Facebook, etc. already do this? From what I understand, the recent change affected only ISPs; repeal of the regs. put them in the same category as Amazon, Facebook, etc. so it’s perhaps less privacy than we’ve had in the past, but it’s not as if we’re going from total privacy to none. I’m not arguing

She’s already in the U.S., so doesn’t need a visa (which I’m guessing you know, given your previous posts) — she’s applying or petitioning for status, right? Not trying to be just pedantic; also pointing out that “visa” is probably one of the more misunderstood words in the English language.
