The whole episode was a total star turn by Penner, and a good reminder of why he's now been asked to play 3 times. If Survivor did Emmy submissions like scripted TV shows do, this would be Penner's submission episode.

No, Shii-Ann came back. All the seasons through Heroes v. Villains have had at least one returning player. I don't remember who's supposed to be coming back next season, so I don't know which of the post-HvV seasons don't have any returners. Probably Nicaragua, maybe One World?

The way the challenge was set up though looked way difficult. It would be one thing if they were just holding weight up, but trying to keep a rod from twisting using just your hands is not easy.

When Abi implodes that alliance it is going to be glorious. Penner's the walking dead, so is Skupin probably, and I don't care if they get rid of Jeff and Monkey Face, but she'd better have that meltdown before Denise's name comes up.
