Seriously?  A Hard Day's Night is an absolute hit parade.  Moreover, and this is really important, every single song on that album is a Lennon/McCartney original.  Of the 14 songs on Beatles for Sale, 6 of them are covers.  Even if I spot you all three of those songs (and, really, "Baby's in Black" is not all that

It's a singles/B-sides album.  There's a fuckton of those post-breakup.  Yesterday and Today (and the other off-brand albums that were released in the US pre-Sgt. Pepper's) collected album tracks.

My favorite Beatle is Zeppo.

Even leaving aside the Yellow Submarine album (the shitty original one, with the instrumental tracks on side 2, which is by far the worst Beatles record if you allow it to be counted as one) there is no universe in which Rubber Soul or Revolver is worse than Beatles for Sale, which is the only album in their catalog

I've always had trouble figuring out what to do with the Clash's first album.  On the one hand, I respect the band's intent enough to want to listen to the proper UK version.  On the other hand, the songs that were added to the US version are not just mostly better than what they replaced, they're for the most part

Definitely.  The number of film series/trilogies that are created as a single entity is basically a category of one.  Jackson and New Line managed to avoid the sort of flop-sweaty, cashing-in aesthetic that you get when you make the first film in a series to gauge public interest and then go back to the well to finish

I watched "2 Days in the Valley" all the way through but the only thing I remember about it is Charlize Theron's tittays.
