Yeah your nuance about Capitalism is relatively apparent, but I think the other commenters just don’t see that with your comments about Marxism or Communism. They see merit where you do not (or seem to not). Nothing wrong with disagreement, of course. It’s just a difference in philosophies and analysis of history.

The one addition that I think would have “fixed” that problem would have been a pretty profound yet powerful idea: have The Order of the White Lotus refer to an “Avatar Almanac” with records of the past Avatars, and Tenzin fretting constantly, trying to do things “by the book.” He is a scholar, after all.
