Maaan, I’m just happy to see a solid Black movie where 1) it’s packed with actual actors, not rappers or singers in order to trick people into seeing it, and 2) i don’t feel as if I am co-signing somebody’s “problematic” behavior in 2018 by buying a ticket.

True. Having black people directing and writing prevents so many crises.

I saw a video on my TL where one of the parents of the kids killed is ranting about how other kids “being politically correct” and not telling the right people that “this guy was a little off” was the true cause of his child’s death.

I had an economical (not cheap) wedding for under 10k and I am glad for it. So many other commenters here have shared best practices I wish I knew. It did feel good to not be in debt from a wedding, and it shocked me to find out how normal that is.

Pops had at least three of the albums. Cat In The Hat (without the silhouette AKA The One With Common/Dilla’s The Light Sample) is probably his best whole album. His whiteness is old news to me only because I’m old as fuck.
