I have had a 4x1TB OWC Mercury Elite-AL Pro Qx2 running a RAID5 configuration for a year now and is has been awesome! They are not a NAS, but they do have their own raid hardware that you can easily set to RAID 0, 1, 5 or 10, have hot swappable drives that automatically rebuild when replaced.
