I only see handbrake on the Internet. I've never heard anyone in person say it. It's usually E brake

That's so weird to me because I remember my parents teaching it to my older brother when he was learning to drive and again to me.

My gf was never taught that using the handbrake could be used as a back up if the main brakes fail. Downshifting as another option was never taught either. I was the first person to teller her both when she was about 25.

I'm the same way. They've saved me from having the back side of my hand skin removed and from burns. I wear safety glasses too. Had difficulty with a spring on drum brakes, one popped off, bounced off the edge of the glasses. Wouldn't have lost an eye or anything but it would have hurt like hell

Some asshole was blinding me with what I realized were LEDs the other night. I thought they were running their brights. Kept changing lanes. Slowed down and sped up but I had to duck out of the way of my mirrors just to see. Should all be banned for headlights

Never came across that. The first company, boss lady and boss man would take them and lock them up until the personal property time was up and then do whatever they wanted (60 days I think). If someone came to claim it they'd pay the fee but usually a police officer was present and they didn't get any ammo back…
