They sure can when you buy the car. Any car with built in navigation already collects and sends more information than you’d know. And you consent to it just by owning the vehicle.

Here’s my thing. If you want to be a dumbass and not wear a helmet, go ahead. But if you die, your next of kin shouldn’t be allowed to sue for wrongful death, money, etc. 

I just got a Tesla, granted we are in the Midwest, but at any given time, the most I’ve ever seen at a Supercharger is 2 other cars plus myself. The infrastructure outruns demand here but I can see it being a major issue in other areas. 

You should never buy the first 1 to 2 years of a new model/model refresh, no matter the brand. That said, it’s doubly so for a brand like Tesla that has a history of shoddy QC on new models.

GTA IV, GTA V, RDR, and RDR2, ALL launched at 30fps. Don’t get your hopes up.

It’s going to run at 30 on all consoles. It just might run at 30 at 720p on the Series S. Hell, maybe even lower using FSR. I mean some games already run at 900p on the console and it’s only 3 years old.
