Just look through her twitter feed in response to her posts, there’s tons of them already, which are hilariously stupid. “HOW DARE YOU TRY TO HAVE FUN IN A VIDEO GAME WHILE PEOPLE ARE STARVING AND DYING REEEEEE

Pretty underwhelming to me so far... granted its early in the “next gen” cycle, but usually they try to roll out at least one game that’s meant to impress and show off some of the “next gen” capabilities.

Monster.

Oof... I had 3 villagers I’ve been ignoring in hopes of getting rid of them, and I’m 2/3 so far, and another wanted to leave despite me not completely ignoring her, so I think there is a bit of just straight up RNG to it (like a lot of AC, I guess), but it definitely seems to work.

It’s a pain in the ass, sure, but you can eventually get them to leave by completely ignoring them for several days while interacting with those you want to keep around. Do not talk to them, do not get DIY cards from them, and despite popular belief, do not hit them with a net repeatedly, because this will end up with

Um, you seem to have left out the part where his reaction was also “Unable to understand why people ~like this~

I love this, but it should be noted that this was not made by using only Animal Crossing. Since the notes played on any instruments in-game are completely random, this had some work done to make it sound like the song.

Damn, thank you Corpse Run. Really thought I was the only person in the world who didn’t like Tiger King...

Let’s be real. Alyx will likely get Best VR Game and/or some other catagory, but Game of the Year? Unless its an extremely dry year for gaming, that doesn’t seem likely. I’ll be genuinely surprised if its even nominated.

Yikes forever dude... you realize how hypocritical you sound? The most toxic thing in this entire thread has been you.

It’s basically like a human hanging out with a chimp, it’s not that weird! Just two different branches of evolution! That’s how I look at it, anyway.

Yeah, the fossil section of the museum was a great touch.

He has both a PS4 and an Xbox and claims to prefer Xbox.... sounds like a lost cause honestly.

Only monsters time travel in Animal Crossing.

Damn, here I thought Harriot actually made it through an article without race-baiting. Got me again!

Back in my day, the year of 1985, we only had ONE data restoration per person and we LIKED IT!

The protagonists are the blue-haired guys on the left, which, as I understood it, were kind of reincarnated “warriors of destiny” kind of thing. You can name them anything you want, but Ryu is always the default/canon name. Also they’re dragons.

To me, it’s kind of a fine line. A lot of times, especially in the gaming industry, shameless ripoffs become a genre unto itself. No one seems to care that Fortnite and the 20 other games just like it are shameless ripoffs of a mod made years prior.

No, he’s right, regardless or whether or not it’s a “shameless ripoff”. I mean, look at the article headline for Temtem, written by the same author: “Temtem is a Pokemon Clone That Looks Pretty Cool”
