The engine in there makes 260 odd HP out of 1.5 liters, I’d say that’s pretty real. Also as a BMW tech we see several of these in the shop that are all daily drivers. BMW makes plenty of high power, high displacement rides, pull your head out of your ass.

It’s clear from the picture they are bringing out the Big Guns and are Firing on all Cannons, make no mistake they mean Business and are taking deposits ($100p/h, gifts welcome).

Well, shit.

We had one of these at the LA Auto Show and sadly didn’t get to drive it much, thanks to the show being busier than expected and LA traffic not being conducive to V antics. (We looked for a vacant lot near the airport to do burnouts but we came up empty.)

We could, if there wasn’t some ass meandering along at 50 (and not in the right lane) for no reason in particular.
