That's what I figured. I haven't seen any kind of price estimates on on this car, but it seems to me that with your good idea of the L10 from the GS, there could be three different estimates - ~$40k+ if based on the Subieota (but Lexus probably wouldn't want to use a Subaru engine in a semi-flagship!), $60k+ based on

That's a good question, and something I've never understood. You watch Top Gear UK, I assume, have you ever wondered about how sweet some of their used rides are (that they proceed to demolish) are for the price?

Is there any word if the LF-LC would use a bespoke chassis, or a modified version of the Subieota or the LFA's?

Amen. I think we've had this conversation before, but that's why I'm so excited about the Subieota even though I already have a 360 hp V8 sitting at home in the garage (I rode my bike to work today). I love my G8 GT, but it isn't fun unless I'm doing something highly illegal, or I'm on an on-ramp.

But remember, he said that Cayman would be ~16 or 17k, vs 28k for the GT86. That's a ton. We can't find a used Cayman (at least that hasn't been destroyed) for that, but he can. Different markets.

I don't know were you are, but I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy the FR-S First Drive even in KC a few weekends ago. Yeah, it was only two laps, and there were quite a few douchebags there but I really enjoyed myself. And so did my wife. She drove two laps as well and she had a great time. Check them out on

Exactly. My image didn't post. Thanks!

All the improvements, and tires that died after a few laps, and it's just 1.3 seconds faster? The weight it too damn high!

So what happened to their Lilliputian overlord Foust?

So it's kind of like a CVT? As many "gears" as needed? At least the morning shift doesn't make that awful moooOOOOOOOooooooooo sound like the CVTs I've driven.

Perhaps that's too ostentatious for him. Actually, I'm not so sure they're even on sale right now (not that that would stop the CEO I'm sure).

It's not already dead?

So who's the bigger douchebag, Lochte or Gronk?

Sometimes drugs are good! At least until people find out you've been using them.

So people got their panties in a bunch because the Team USA outfits were made in China (duh, that's where most of the sweatshops are!) but it's okay for a German company to sponsor the USOC? WTF? I don't begrudge the Germans the opportunity to milk athletes from sports Americans only care about once every four years,

What a neat idea. I'd love a photo of this Boxster Spyder in my driveway, if only for something to aspire to.

Is there a particular target vehicle SRT uses when designing each new SRTs? Is the Jeep SRT8 supposed to be a competitor with the ML63? Charger SRT8 vs E63? Viper vs ZR1?

I thought it was great when I was going through all the 360 and Wii games that had come out when I was overseas. As everyone else has said, you're a fool if you want a brand new game immediately, but I thought it was fine for the older stuff I wanted to play anyway. I went through the older stuff and then cancelled.

What do you mean down on power? The four cylinder bulk models all have something between 170 and 200 hp. Can't the new skyactive system do that? I don't think they'll have a gutsier version to compete with the V6s (and turbo fours) unless they continue to their thirsty V6, but those are usually small sellers in this

And the F12 Berlinetta as well.
