Absolutely it does. The only uncertainty there is how many electric cars would have to frequent the streets before they decide they need that money regardless. It’s not like electric vehicles don’t cause congestion after all.

None. Leave a van full of goods idling unattended on the street and it wont be sitting there idling for long. Specially when the whole side is plastered with the livery of a medical supply firm like mine was.

It is very rare anyone will use a van that requires a C1 license. At that point they’ll get a light box truck to increase the income and compensate for the higher wages a driver with that license takes.

They did have a habit of buying outright. No leases, no loans. No congestion charge or toll roads in this city either, but I’m sure there will be within a few years.
