The whole Pokemon competitive scene is full of hacking, cloning, unsportsmanlike conduct, and just general douchbaggery.

Unfortunately the rights you talk about don't protect you in the UK for this. If you haven't downloaded the game, then you can get it refunded within two weeks, but once you've downloaded, you're locked in. As a digital download is considered primarily a service rather than a product.

The problem isn't truly the traffic management glitches. That's a part of it, but it's more as a symptom rather than the true cause.

Also, the story of Cthulhu Saves the World tells us that people don't demand pixel-perfect faces in their games.

Given the cute pinkness of it, the fact it uses what looks like Normal type attacks, and the title of the games (X/Y) I'm gonna predict this is what you get when you evolve a female Eevee using a Moon Stone. There'll be another new Eevee for using a Moon Stone on a male Eevee.

In other news, some grown men like My Little Pony.

Not quite sure I like the idea of an 'interactive adventure', but an SG1 game is LONG overdue. The SG universe has always seemed like a good place to set a game (it would actually work more than decently as an MMO, what with the stargate network giving it lots of room for expansion)

A couple of points I noticed.

How many WoW clones have been successful though? Sure, some have managed to find their niche (like SW:TOR and LOTRO) but for every niche-finder, there are at least five that have fallen by the wayside.
