I’ve no doubt the dude likes his games and probably plays a lot too, he seems to genuinely be a gaming games industry type, but there’s no way a guy who is in his position, who also has 2 kids, plays an average of 20hrs a week and clocks up those sort of numbers.
Or the machine is just on, and he doesn’t shut it off regularly.
Am i the only person that sees a major problem in this article?
You - as well as probably every other news outlet there - probably never asked the redditor nor valve about confirmation. You just took a single web post as face value and reported it like its an official statement. It could have been a fake. It could have…
i thought it was college kids doing that
Snoozeville.
First we can’t cook Steam Decks, and now we can’t sniff them? Whats next? No more sleeping with them? Where will it end?!
Holy crap someone else who actually remembers the days where people were mad that Valve were the arbiters of what got released on PC.
Guess you could say the folks dense enough to buy this thing were only born... The day before.
Given their previous horrible track record and the fact this entire project was nothing more than pasted UE asset flips, unpaid employees, constant scandals and gaslighting, disingenuous “gameplay” vids, removing said clips just before launch etc etc.

Sam Lake deserves all the accolade equal to, if not more than Hideo Kojima.
Funny how they had no problems with the button mashing action game they decided to call Final Fantasy 16 getting an M rating and marketing it as if it was a Final Fantasy game, but they want to make sure the Final Fantasy 7 remake series stays in the T rating.
Countercounterpoint. Yes.
This is why I like Sam Lake. You just know he was super excited to get to go up and be part of a silly dance routine for his game. That, and listening to his commentary tracks in Alan Wake show that this guy just loves what he does, and it means something to him.
Princess Peach has her own game next year.
Zelda was already modded into BotW with a full story mod. Instead of waiting for the official playable Zelda, have more faith in the modding community
We have multiple games where you play as Peach.
I mean, she was already playable in Spirit Tracks, albeit only in certain locations.
What an important piece of incredibly vague, non-specific news.
