This is an insane misreading of SO MUCH of the text of these games. The Geth and EDI are *absolutely* living beings. Their whole *narrative purpose* is to drive the player to consider their rights as a species and individuals.

I played the entirety of Andromeda and did not recognize the word Kett

The Geth and EDI are not living beings. They are machines built by living beings to serve a purpose and as such, their creators can choose to decommission them when they are outdated or unnecessary. Therefore, it is not genocide to destroy them.

but given that the Kett invasion was still happening at the end of Mass Effect: Andromeda,

I really hope it’s not Shepard in any form.

To be fair, the 2011 MW3 wasn’t that great of a game, compared to the first two.

Its fine as long as we aren’t stuck in Andromeda for most of the game.

You’re assuming that they were laid off because they unionized. However, they unionized a year earlier and they weren’t the only developers laid off during this wave of layoffs. Many developers were laid off this year after companies over-expanded during the pandemic and failed to maintain their growth trajectory.

It’s the same issue that always occured with computing in the past. As storage media gets cheaper, the devs wanting to do optimization work lessens.

Yeah, I noticed it since it was first reported, which didnt really mention if they were working as direct contractors to Bioware or just part of another company that had a contract with Bioware (and now we know its the latter)

Because inclusiveness brings in more sheep for the fleecing.  Wide nets, more fish, and all that.  [/s]

I feel like all of the union pushes in the industry were made by QA Testers.  Do we know why?

Far be it from me to defend a turd of a franchise like Call of Duty, but maybe it’s so big relative to Starfield because it takes a lot of space to make characters that look like people and not the same old uncanny talking potatoes Bethesda has been shoveling out for 20 years.

Maybe I’m missing something here, but this feels like it shouldn’t be allowed. If those people were actual BioWare employees, sure, but they’re not. They were employed by an outside company that contracted with BioWare.

I don't really understand why people seem to think they play 20 games at a time.

Why does it matter what sexuality a video game character is?

you only have to clear up space if you keep too many games downloaded at once

I mean, the fundamental problems with the game are the fact that it feels like a reskin of OW1 and has incredibly predatory monetization, so adding a non-binary character feels like the perfect solve.

Why do most non binary characters have a female looking design?

[Venture] are also the first non-binary hero to join the Overwatch 2 roster and use they/them pronouns.
