They did make new SSX games, and they weren’t good.

“75,000 people on Twitter probably saw this, I think I’ll share it to...”

I would love to see a DS9 reboot using the pilot designed in What We Leave Behind. DS9 has aged so well, and I would love to see more Doctor Bashir, Garak, the Sisko family, Dax, Major Kira.

It wouldn’t be same without Odo and Quark, but if nothing else we could see what ultimately became of his bar.

Kotaku must be one of the most toxic and horrible places to work. You all have been trained and conditioned by an advertising algorithm to bitch and moan about everything. It’s no secret that ad algorithms reward negativity. On top of that Kotaku has droves of mindless drones who nod their heads in agreement with

It’s not just the mistake of trying to pursue the financial success of other franchises, it’s that they have involved people who clearly do not understand and/or appreciate some of the core elements of Star Trek that are crucial to it’s appeal among diehard Trekkies and casual fans.

As someones who’s patience has almost entirely evaporated into thin air these last couple years, I applauded his ability to make it to the very end of this challenge, mess up, and *not* throw his controller straight through his TV.

I’d throw in trying to actually make a Star Trek movie not some ridiculous action flick with a dusting of Trek. Play to the strengths of the franchise might work better than whatever that last god awful mess was.

He is right, making every film about the biggest world ending event, is boring .

Dude, some people in here smokin some good stuff if they think Q2 is better than even Doom 1

Quake 2 being id’s best single player game is a corona of the sun level hot take. Doom plays a hell of a lot better today.

Twitch needs serious competition.

Im definitely not a shoe guy, but IMO every single shoe on this page looks better than those Pokémon shoes lol. That Adidas style was old even when I was in high school in the early 2000s. It definitely looks more dated than the sonic shoes lol

I’m not going to jump to conclusions about OP's general tastes in fashion but yeah these shoes are fine. sometimes i feel like people have hot takes just to have hot takes.

Maybe it’s because I’m not a sneaker head, but for a movie tie-in shoe, it looks pretty accurate? Which I assume is the point?

I like them honestly. Rarely do they nail the accuracy while making them look like something someone can wear.

Well Kotaku needs to put in their two cents on everything gaming so when push comes to shove, they are self proclaimed fashionistas, doctors, or whatever the situation calls for. That being said, I bet Kotaku employees wear whatever they can find at their local Walmart sporting the latest in what-are-those.

Dude if you think these perfectly fine and accurate shoes look terrible, I’m beyond terrified of what your fashion tastes are. You’re giving green Triforce shirt with khaki shorts energies just from this article.

they still look 110% better than any yeezy shoe i’ve ever seen.

They look totally fine to me...

I immediatly recognize the Sonic shoes without them look too cartoony or completely different from the source material like these are usually are.

God Kotaku needs to stop with these bad takes that no one asks for.
