They are, but I don’t think Blizzard retconning their characters as a way to get press is one of those right steps. This shit isn’t even in the game, just little comic books and stuff that most people don’t look at. It’s basically the same as what Rowling has been doing to Potter for the last several years.

That trash talk is very much not helpful, though. The people who that trash talk is for are the exact ones to get legitimately pissed off about it.

The problem I have with this, is it’s clearly tacked on. I watch and read a lot of things with gay characters, but they are created and written as such.

I’m surprised people are giving so much positive praise for Blizzard. When Voltron made the main character gay people bashed them for not giving the character an active gay relationship. Comparing it to the “burying” your gays trope.

Slow news/opinion day?  I dunno.  The whole story is about how you don’t take care of things, and that it’s a problem.  It’s pretty much a problem for anyone that doesn’t take care of things.  

My god what an amazingly boring story. Top marks for sheer tedium.
