That was my exact response to MGS5 and the biggest reason I hate it. Great game with terrible story and the worst endgame I'd ever encountered.

No, the problem is, if everyone played like you do the game wouldn’t be there 2 years later. The game would just be gone. They’ve yet to make one of those upgrades into dlc, can’t seem them changing now, but here’s hoping. I just hope if they do they still release it complete physically and not a disc of the first release with a code in a box like Square did with FF7 intergrade.

I have no sympathy here. If you’re stupid enough to give a company 30 dollars for less than a handful of days, you’re already fleecing yourself, might as well have the company fleece you too with subpar service.

That there’s a battle pass sounds not good to me, personally. Also, talking about ‘endgame’ content the way they do makes it sound like it’s not part of the game itself as opposed to the game having a defined end of it’s own, like a single player game would.

This was also my prediction. They’re gonna make sure to keep Joel’s death for the finale. Giving them time to attempt to force people to like Abby before she clubs him and add more plot around Joel to try and turn people on his character. 

Who is “everybody”? I’ve yet to see or hear ANY hands on when it comes to this game.
